Frequently Asked Questions

Do I Need to Provide You With Cleaning Supplies?
No, our professional cleaners will arrive with their own equipment and supplies, so you do not have to worry about a thing!

I can select how many bedrooms and bathrooms, but what else is included?
All bookings include kitchens, living rooms, hallways, bedrooms and bathrooms. We specifically request how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have to ensure we have everything we need to provide an excellent clean! Having said that, if you have any specific requests, add them to the notes section of your booking or give us a call at 480-716-2341 or email us at support@aceofmaidsaz.com and we can add it for you.

Do you send the same person/cleaner every time?
Although we cannot guarantee the same cleaner will be available, we assign a specific cleaner or team to your space when scheduling recurring cleaning. This way, you get not only a discount but also the same cleaner who is familiar with your home or workplace from the previous cleaning.

Do I have to be present during the cleaning or during the appointment time in general?
Depending on the arrangements you have made with our team during your initial scheduling, this may or may not be required to let our cleaner in. If you have provided instructions on how to gain entry to your space, then no! We should have all that we need to enter and get started. We ask that you read our TERMS OF SERVICE to ensure compliance with our requirements for a safe and standard entry into your home or business. We encourage you to send us any questions via email @ support@aceofmaidsaz.com or call us with any specific questions you may have. Our goal is not only to provide top-notch service for you but also to keep our staff safe at all times.

Can I hire one of your cleaning professionals directly?
No, our cleaners have been officially onboarded and contracted with us. Any arrangement outside of our knowledge would go against the terms of their contract and would be considered a “breach of contract”. Furthermore, they have been qualified in our methods to offer our services to you with guidance and supervision. This is our most valuable arrangement to provide you with excellence in service. We also provide a quality control standard which is imperative to the success of our cleaners/customer relationship. Offering to contact them outside of this agreement would be illegal. To avoid issues, the best way to show them gratitude for their fantastic job is to provide them with gratuity.

How Do I Cancel an Appointment?
By phone or by email works just fine! We do have a 48-hour cancelation policy though, so be sure to let us know right away. This ensures we keep a healthy schedule for our cleaners and our team so that we can provide ACE service to all of our customers on a consistent basis.

Are there certain things you do not clean?
Yes, to ensure the safety of our cleaners, you, and your family, we take extra precautions and do not offer to clean specific items or in certain situations. We have created an outline in detail of what we cannot clean in the pdf below, feel free to click the icon to access the document here at any time. We also have policies in place that go into effect upon booking. You can review these terms here.
